Medieval Studies Banquet
The Medieval Studies Program will host its annual medieval banquet on Friday, April 17th, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm (doors open at 6:30 pm) in the Copley Formal Lounge. In addition to our annual pig roast (thank you, Professor Goldfrank!) and fabulous medieval menu, we will have: the world- class falconer Mike Dupuy, a human chess game, a medieval play performed by the Medieval Club, a medieval juggler, the GU Chamber Choir singing medieval songs (in Latin!), the prayer for the pig (in pig-Latin of course!), and demonstrations of medieval combat by the Society for Creative Anachronism.
